Kids really do have more fun.

Chloe's little face is like an oval. With her smooth skin and high cheek bones. When she smiles, her eyes crinkle so much I can almost see her magical, sparkly world.

Zayah is one big circle. A round solid spectacle to behold. When he gets frustrated or mad, his eyebrows wrinkle up and it makes part of his forehead protrude, suddenly transforming himself into a WWF wrestler.

Jake's wide eyes and facial expressions remind me of a storm on a summer afternoon, happy and lazy, with unpredictable rain showers rumbling on the horizon.
This weekend was filled with
unlimited imagination & spontaniety
with a dash of insanity:

flying kites
going down big slides
climbing
checking out the flooding at Huber Park
throwing snowballs
an adventure to Good Will
a reading of Shel Silverstein's poems
drawing jungle animals
raiding the candy isle at Walgreen's
riding bikes and scooters
nap time
and
a
whole
bunch
more
that
I
probably
can't
remember.

  1. Ah. I love this post. But you forgot to mention how RIDICULOUSLY DANGEROUS that blue slide is!! I almost died.
