Don't hate me, but I saw it on Broadway with the original cast. I sat on the second row, front and center, and I laughed and cried and then cried some more. I think the part I cried the most at was the duet the two girls sang together, about how they've been changed for good because they knew each other. It was very poignant.
maybe that's why i wanted to sob after that song!! it was very powerful!!
I saw it in London - 14th row - my brother and I packed our full backpacks in the theater because we didn't have a place to stay for the night yet. It was FANTASTIC.
